A terrible experience with this doctor, I would put the pain, stress and anxiety level at -1,000,000. He was terrible.
About Front Desk: Almost as bad as the doctor.

Dr. Culpepper's office has seen both of my girls(20yrs & 9yrs).My younger daughter actually bugs me to call for her appointments. They make the kids really comfortable. The first time I brought my youngest, she went to the treatment room with her sister( no parents until after the exam). She had no fears and no tears. I have never had to do anything about the payment other that make sure the staff had my current insurance info. I recomment them to my friends all the time.
I know this doctor: 10 years

Dr Culpepper is a wonderful Dentist.
My Daughter was in desperate need of dental work .
Due to a problem we were having with our insurance ,it had to be done immediately.
Dr. made sure she got in in a hurry even though there were no available appiontments, and eased her through a procedure that any adult would have squirmed at with no fuss.
She is not nervous about going to the dentist at all and I give Dr. Culpepper and his courtious staff all the credit.
Now my four year old is in need of some dental care. Guess who I'll be visiting again?
I recommend Dr. Culpepper to anyone with children.
I only wish he was my Dentist.

Dr. Culpepper put three silver caps on my son without ever dicussing it with me. We went in to have a space retainer installed after an extraction. After the visit, my son came out with three metal caps shining at me and NO SPACE RETAINER. No one ever asked if we wanted this done or even told us it needed to be done. We called back to the office to speak to the doc, but the nurse would not let us speak to him. She called my wife a liar and was very rude. She claimed that if she put the procedure in the chart, it must have been discussed. It is my opinion that this office does work without consent and tries to take advantage of non-English speaking patients in order to make more money, and force lower income people into payment plans to make profits from interest.
