Dr Hamby was my dentist for20 years until i became too big for his pediatric chairs. I finally moved on to another dentist. He always made my visits great and I looked forward to going and getting to pick a toy. so when i had my two children and stilled lived in the area there was not another choice for me to take my girls. sure there were closer dentist to my home but I trust Dr Hamby and don't worry when my girls are there because i know he is giving them the best care. My 2 daughters are teenagers and never dread going to the dentist.

My children went to the Health Spa dentist in their earlier years. I did not like the atomosphere or the approach that some Dentist take to children's dental care. I realize, there are new procedures introduced daily in dental health care. Dr. Hamby is aware of the latest procedures. He takes a more conservative approach which I appreciate. He takes action only when needed for the child, not what is needed for his pocket book. His staff is informative and cheerful. His offices are modest in their furnishings. I realize that other dentist offices are more impressive in their decor, but I am not foolish enough to think that the decor is part of the cost I must bay for the dental care for my child.
I do not have dental insurance and feel that he is proative in keeping my cost down when at all possible.
My children love Dr. Hamby, they love to go to the Dentist. He is very gentle and kind. He takes a personal approach with both myself and my children.
I would recommend him to anyone who needed a Dentist for their child. You will love him and his staff the minute you meet them.

Dr. Hamby is great with kids and always keeps their minds off of the procedures, whether it be just a simple cleaning or filling a cavity. When a procedure may get painful for the child, Dr. Hamby always makes sure that procedure isn't too painful for the child and he medicates properly. The receptionists are always helpful when making an appointment and payments. This doctor is a little expensive but well worth it. Dr. Hamby is very good with parents and always lets them know exactly what is going on. After an appointment, there is a basket of toys where the child can pick a couple of toys to take home.

Great dentist from when I was a kid. I had several baby teeth pulled and the procedure was painless and comfortable, especially when you're that young and have no idea what's going on.
