The Leon Springs office experience was negative due to the lack of patience given to my daughter who has anxiety about the dentist. The office schedules patients back to back and leaves no room for time that it takes to care for a child who needs a little extra time. This office is more concerned about fitting everyone in and rushing on to the next patient. They leave no room for compassion, concise consultation, or feed back to what procedures need to be done during the next visit. Children have fears of the dentist and this office expects parents to hand their children over to the care of the "dentist" without question. Don't expect to have your appointment time honored. Our appointment was for 10:00 and only one of my children was actually scene. 45 minutes later, we were told we needed to reschedule my other daughter for another day. My anxious daughter was prepared to have this procedure done. Out of the blue we were told they could not fit us in. Our experience with this dentist was an overall poor experience and mistakes were made. The dentist did'nt own up to the fact that she neglected to tell me my dauther had a cavity until the cavity was filled at our next visit when we were there to only have sealents!
