Dentist fine. The staff double charged us a month ago and we are still trying to get our money back. The insurance company and doctors office know they have double charged us and the one member of office staff refuses to issue credit until she talks to another member of office staff who comes into work maybe one day a week, she is not even sure. Do not go to this dentist unless you want to be charged twice for your services. Buyer beware!

We used his New Braunfels office and when we moved to SA, we transferred to his San Antonio office. He really seems to enjoy seeing my kids. Very sweet chairside manner. For fillings, the office gives an oral anesthetic first to reduce the need for a shot of novacaine, so that really helps with those painful procedures.
My daughter has had both fillings and baby tooth extractions. They do take my insurance.

We absolutely love Dr. Offutt and his staff. We have a daughter who is severely disabled and Dr. Offutt is so gentle and kind with her. He takes extra care to make sure she is comfortable and doesn't push through her discomfort.
It is a little further for us to drive to his office, but it is definitely worth it for the service we receive.
We highly recommend him!!!!

My kids love Dr. Offutt. They think he's just great. Although our drive to his office is a little far the service we get is well worth it the trip. I would highly recommend Dr. Offutt to anyone. Very gentle and my kids always leave his office smiling.

Thank you Dr. Offutt. You always strive to be the very best and so you are. My children love you and I certainly trust your staff. Your office in New Braunfels is decorated wonderfully, especially the "Madonna of the Prairie" picture and wall paintings. You are a kind, gentle dentist and the only one for us.
