My daughter is petrified of the dentist but Dr. Grilli was great with her, she is 5 and needed a cap and some fillings and he made her laugh and the staff was very understanding and patient with her. Great facility!!!

Dr. Grilli is great with kids! The staff is very courteous. They have two play rooms and each kid gets to pick from a treasure chest and a sticker. Dr. Grilli also does early orthodontics like palette widening.

My son had his first dental appointment with Dr. Grilli. It was very a positive experience.
Prior to our visit the office sent a personalized booklet complete with my son's name included in the story. It introduces your child to Dr. Grilli's office and what they can expect.
Upon arriving, the office was clean and very kid friendly. There are video games, a kids room with a train table and lots of friendly folks giving out stickers and what nots (my son chose a small soft ball). My son was not old enough for many of the ammenities, infact he slept through the major portion of our visit.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They processed our inusance, United Concordia (Military Dental), and we had no costs for our visit. They also set up our next visit right away.
Dr. Grilli was great with our son who woke up just as the Dr. was going to stick a finger in his mouth. He had our son smiling in minutes.
I am so sad we are being transferred as I am not sure there are many pediatric dentists offices that will compare with Dr. Grilli's.

Dr. Grilli has seen my children for 6 years. Recently, due to insurance restrictions, I took my children to see another pediatric dentist in the area. After one visit, my children and myself agree that we would rather pay out of network to see Dr. Grilli than go anywhere else. He is very kid friendly and his staff works hard to put children at ease. We are very pleased with the care that our children have received and look forward to going back to him for all of our dental needs.

For a pediatric dentist, this office is very child-friendly. Dr. Grilli and his staff definitely know how to work with children. My kids really like him. My oldest had two cavities filled. Both times she used the nitros gas (funny gas) and never felt any pain. The front desk is also very friendly and helpful.

The only drawback here is expense. He's stopped taking some insurance. At one point in time this was a nice calm practice. Now it's very corporate. Feels assembly line. This is both good and bad. Depends on what you like. I'd think twice about going here due to the insurance issues. You might start, your kids might like him, and then you might have to change dentists. Other than that, he's great. Staff can be a bit abrupt and snooty at times.

He is great with kids! He is patient and kind. He is a bit more expensive than others but well worth it. The facility is really nice and the staff is too!
