I love the cleanliness, respect and care for my children.
Good childrens dental care is HARD to come by ..

My daughter (6 years old) went in for several extensive procedures and came through with flying colors! I was given several treatment options to choose from for her, and all the procedures were explained to us ahead of time. The staff were all very nice and talked her through everything so she understood.
Everyone in the office is super helpful. I didn't feel like my bill was explained fully the first time, sort of glossing over the parts I'd be responsible for...but whn I went back and questioned them it was all straightened out fairly quickly.
They also kept getting my information and insurance mixed up with my ex-husbands (we're both listed on my daughters chart). Hopefully they have that minor glitch fixed.
They are expensive, but pediatric dentists are. Insurance doesn't cover as much as would be nice, but I don't think this is the Dentist's fault. It's very worth the cost, in my opinion.
I think the facilities could be more kid-friendly - they have a nice playroom but it's noisy and chaotic at times - a big fish tank or something more soothing (for us harried parents) would be nice. Colored murals or posters on the walls would help too, it just seems very sterile and too "office-like" for a kids Dentist.
