I loved Dr. Williams. He did a great job with my kids and with explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend him. The dental assistant for my son was also wonderful.
However, I had a few issues with the office and other dental staff. First, the dental assistant that my daughter had was not well suited to working with children. My daughter was very nervous, and the assistant added to, rather than, assuaged her fears by failing to explain procedures to my daughter before starting them and then saying things like, "I can't talk to you because you won't stop crying."
Also, I asked for no fluoride, and they gave it to my son without checking with me.
Finally, the cost was also different from what I was quoted over the phone.
If we go to this office again, I will be much more particular about who the dental assistant is.
