I cannot believe this man is still practicing. I was forced to see him as a child over 20 years ago. He was rough and borderline abusive. When I was a small child, I remember needing a cavity treated. I was anxious and threw a tantrum because I wanted my mother. He refused to allow her to come back and would not let me go out to see her. Since I would not hold still and let them put me out with the anesthetic gas, he threatened me with the needles. I insisted on seeing my mother because I was afraid. He then instructed his staff to hold me down so he could inject my gums with the local anesthetic. When I saw the needles I was terified and agreed to cooperate and asked for the gas. He very coldly said it was too late and I should have behaved. He then proceeded to shove needles in my gums while his staff held me down. If he would have done this to my daughter, I would have had him charged with assault. I will never take my daughter to this dentist and would recommend anyone looking for a pediatric dentist to stay away!

My now four-year-old son has been a patient of Dr. Fred's for over a year. Starting his dental experience with Dr. Fred has worked out quite well. He and his staff were welcoming and helped ensure my son's treatment was comfortable and not anxiety-producing...and helped education both of us to improve his dental hygiene. My son now actually asks to go to the dentist!
