Read Reviews for Dr. Stephen Froehlich
My child had a dental accident and was referred to Dr. Steve by our pediatrician first visit dr. Steve pulled his front tooth. Second visit Dr. steve said he had 5 cavities considered my son had routine check ups every 6 months I was suspicious I took my don for a second opinion and was told he had no cavities. There are still bad dentist and Dr. Steve is one.

Dr. Froehlich, also known as "Dr. Steve" seemed very friendly, however, I was concerned when he told me that my daughter had 6 cavities that needed filings and they also required novocaine. He also would not allow me to accompany my daughter in the room while the fillings were done. Feeling uncertain about this, we went to a different pediatric dentist, who said that my daughter had only 3 cavities, and they were so shallow and small that she did not need novocaine! This pediatric dentist filled the fillings on the spot with me in the room.
Dr. Froehlich must be trying to take advantage of the insurance companies and doesn't care that he puts a 3 year old child through unnecessary pain to do so. Parents and guardians beware!

I took my 4 year old to Dr Froehlich for a cavity. He was strapped to a papose for the procedure, which of course, he fussed about. Dr Froehlich charged $150 Behavioral Charge b/c he fussed. I was not made aware of the charge ahead of time and was expected to pay it at the end of the visit b/c it is not covered by insurance. Then when I asked for documentation of the benchmarks for the levels and costs of behavioral charges, they never sent me anything.
I would not recommend Dr Froehlich for pediatric dentistry.
