About Front Desk: Incompetent-told my dental plan covered and then told not covered @ appt arrival. Big waste of time and effort. Would not recommend this office. Got the royal runaround.

I've had two extractions and two implants at Dr. Grajales' and I couldn't be happier. I am a dental phobic and Dr. Grajales and his staff have been very understanding and considerate of my extreme anxiety. Both implants required bone grafts as well, and one was very tricky with lots of bone loss. Every time I smile, my front implant shows, and you can't tell it isn't a natural tooth.

I had oral surgery -- he is a wonderful doctor with great staff, great chair-side manner, thoughtful and easy to understand. He spent as much time as I needed explaining the procedure, aftercare, etc.
It took only one visit to his office and his staff always remember me by name and I have never had to wait past my appt time.
They took care of all the insurance stuff.
