My husband, was told to pay cash, it would work out a lot cheeper than going through his insurance. he did and only got half the work done, 2 years and 3 months later, still have not got work done or refund for work that they didn't do. did this happen to any one out there?

Don't let his "jolly" demeanor fool you -- this guy does not communicate well and does NOT use enough pain control. I was literally screaming and crying in his chair when I had periodontal surgery. When I went back a month later to get the packing removed from my teeth, his assistant told me I'm not the only one who has been screaming, and that she thinks he does not use enough pain control. Duh. At the next visit I tried to talk to Nathan about this, and he was arrogant and dismissive.
