Great service friendly people I would definitely go back if I needed work done Dr. Zarkesh was great receptionist we’re all super girls and the billing department were excellent.

I've been seeing Dr. Zarkesh for 3 years for gum grafting. I had a lot of recession to both my upper and lower teeth due to over brushing and biting down too hard. I've had four different surgeries done by Dr. Zarkesh and each one got easier and less painful. Her staff are also there to help you and are super friendly and responsive.
Before I had my first procedure, she explained to me all the options I would have and we discussed the finances. Knowing my insurance would only cover so much, we spread it out accordingly. The first time I did decide to use my own tissue, and while it was painful (she had to remove it from my roof), she explained the procedure ahead of time and how to care for myself afterwards to reduce infection (which never happened). The other three procedures I did use a donor graft and took the antibiotics, and had no problems! I would recommend the latter as you're guaranteed the amount needed is what you receive, it's less painful and you can eat much quicker!
Amazingly, when you get the numbing shots and the surgeries, it doesn't hurt! Dr. Zarkesh has a steady hand and a great technique that puts you at ease during the procedure. She checks in with you during the procedure and even after you leave her.
About Front Desk: Maria is the best! She is very friendly, kind and helpful. She remembers your name and offers to follow up with your primary dentist if needed. She's always been nice to me and offers whatever help she can!

Dr. Zarkesh is great! My Generlal Dentist recommended her to me. She did an implant for me recently. Her skills are excellent. I was at her office twice. First time for a bone graft and and another time for putting the implant. I did not feel any pain and both operations went smoothly. Before doing the operations, Dr. Zarkesh fully explained the process and what I had to do in order to prevent potential complications after the surgeries. I was very comfortable through out the procedure and it went pretty quikly. She also followed up on me both on the day of surgeries and a couple of days later to see how I was doing. Eventhough, I had a few stiches in my gum, I really did not feel that I had a surgery done. There were no complications or infections. As I did not have post surgery complications or pain, my life was not interrupted at all and I could resume work immediately.

I have been seen Dr. Zarkesh for 8 years. She has performed multiple gum surgeries and saved my teeth with out pulling them out. She is an expert in her field and make sure the patient is comfortable when service is performed. I am glad I have Dr. Zarkesh my periodontist and recommend to others to visit her.

I have known Dr. Zarkesh for ten years as her sister and my wife were on the same swim team in college. I never even knew what she did when I saw her at swim team and other social events. Then my dentist said I had to go to a Periodontist and seems Dr. Zarkesh is very highly regarding in our extended social circle so I went to her even though she was far away.
She is very skilled, highly trained and educated and it is a very important and comforting thing to know that you have someone of the highest competence and ability working in your mouth.
The office is clean, well run, and not too much negative to say except they don't like it when you re-schedule your appointment multiple times, which is understandable....
100% Reccomend.

I had an implant and multiple gum grafts with and without using my own tissue. I am completely happy with the results of all of my procedures. Dr. Zarkesh is a very competent doctor. She was always responsive to my questions and concerns. I was not enthusiastic about the gum graft procedures but am happy that I did them in the end. Very little discomfort and the results still look good many months after the procedures.

Extraction of bad tooth and implant of bone, requiring gum surgery. This went very well and was not very painful, I did not need as many painkillers as I expected. Dr Zarkesh explained everything very well before, during, and after the surgery. For such a drastic procedure it felt very gentle (which I'd put down to the good Dr's skill).
Then insertion of a pin to allow a crown to be put on. Again, really nice work. Dr Zarkesh was very thorough, explained everything all the time, and is clearly the best at what she does. No pain at all. For a tough procedure it felt very comfortable and easy. She took great care to do a superb job and paid special attention to areas in the structure of my mouth that could have caused problems.
She also encouraged me to have a ENT specialist check out some things that the X-Rays showed up. Definitely someone who takes supreme care of her patients and made me feel that she was providing the best care possible.
Now, after everything has settled down, the tooth works great and I've had no problems at all. Such a huge relief.
Cost - it wasn't cheap but I don't know how it would compare to other dentists.
All the ladies in the office are really nice and friendly, they're great.
