It took 3 years for this quack to do my tooth implant. Then it was OK for 5 years. Mirham never told me how to take care of the implant nor did he do any follow-up after the procedure. Every thing he did was unsuccessful and painful. I got to enjoy this $10,000 tooth for 5 years and NOW it is infected. If you want to give this man 10K for one tooth that will certainly not work and spend a ton of time away from work in his office to no avail then this is the implant dentist for you. And he is NOT shy about giving you a quote then doubling or tripling or quadrupling it. I think this DDS went to school in Okliehomie where they barely even have teeth. My advice: Get the hell out of his office and fine a REAL implant/periodontist. This Mirham cat is a fraud for sure. I despise him and he wasted HOURS AND HOURS of my time not to mention the 10 grand.

Dr. Mihram is pleasant, friendly and good at what he does. My surgery was a complete success and I had very little pain and fairly quick recovery. Visiting there is like visiting family as the staff is personable and efficient. They are desperately in need of new office facilities though. Although the look of a reception area and offices doesn't have anything to do with how good the surgeon is, a bright and tasteful decor with comfortable seating does put the patient at ease. A serious makeover is in order so that this doctor's excellent reputation and high skill level is manifested by his surroundings.

Dr Mihram is a very good surgeon. He stays current on everything and is always advancing. Patient treatment and comfort are a high prioirty.

I would recommend Dr. Mihram, he is great at what he does, has very good chair-side manners, has great help. He and his staff are personable and caring. The cost is high, however, he is on the cutting edge of periodentistry and when I needed a complicated implant done, he was the only one that could do it. I had visited several dentists before he was recommended to me for this dificult procedure that was a success.
