This office is run very well and professional. The doctor is very well prepared, knows his stuff. He has a very attractive surgical assistant which makes the visit less stressful and above all they are so friendly. I did recognize that an implant was going to be somewhat painful but it really wasn't so bad. I read a post that they said he was a "butcher" but the person didn't post any information on her procedure, seemed somwhat spiteful to post something like that about this good doctor. I sincerely recommend Dr. Gaffaney to everyone he really knows his stuff.

I have been under the care of Dr Gaffaney for the last two years. I was referred to him by my dentist for bone grafts, gum sculpturing and for dental implants of my top 4 front teeth. While those procedures were not pleasant I had the utmost confidence in Dr Gaffaney and his staff. Dr Gaffaney's "chair side manner" is more professional than "touchy-feely" but his skill, and desire to achieve perfection is what impressed and was most important to me. Dr Gaffaney worked closely with my dentist during this entire two year procedure and healing process. After 50 years of imperfection, I now "smile" with confidence and I owe it all to the coordinated effort of my dentist and Dr. Gaffaney. I am so grateful to him, his nurse and his wonderful office staff for all the care and consideration they have given me.
One more special note, I really appreciated the fact that I never had to sit in the waiting room very long. When you come in a little nervous about a procedure or surgery it is really nice to just get in and get started. Dr Gaffaney was always on time or even a little early, that's a huge anxiety reliever!.

i went to dr. Gaffaney because i had a bridge that failed after only having it for 7 years and at first i i thought about replacing it with another bridge but after going for the consultation i realized that in the long run i would be spending more money and would have to replace the bridge again due to bone loss so i decided to go with 2 implants and now i realaize it was the best decision. they feel so natural and the benefit of implants are forever . they are alittle costly but so worth it.

Dr. Gaffaney does great gum surgery but he is not a pleasant person to be around. He was not pleasant and friendly and embarrasingly puts down his staff in front of patients. I've never seen a doctor be so unprofessional in my life. I could hear him talking down to one of his staff while I was waiting in the chair about an x-ray she took. It was humiliating to hear.

I was referred to Dr. Gaffaney by my dentist for implants and bone grafting. My dentist told me he was the best and after going through the experience I completely agree. Treatment was nearly painless and the result was beautiful. Dr. Gaffaney made me feel very comfortable and his staff was very supportive. I would highly recommend his office.
