Dr. Couchman did not follow through with what he told me he could and would do. I paid an outrageous up front for unsatisfactory work. He is a highly, critical and arrogant man. I was very unhappy with his work. He knew it and made sarcastic comments such as, "Well, there's nothing I can do about that!" when I'd noticed that something he had done made something else worse. He fired me.
Part on me as I did not get nor see a treatment plan in writing.

My experience with Dr Couchman was very unsatisfactory. I felt bamboozled as by a used car salesman. When I went in for a consultationI paid what I found out later to be much to much for services provided. He was unclear of what he was doing even forgetting at times. On one occasion he came into the room ready to pull my lower front teeth which was not part of the plan! Later he denied this. Each time I asked a question he pursed his lips and looked at me with disdain. I made the mistake of informing him of some previous shoddy dental work and was never able to complete an appointment with him without him tskng and harping on that. He did do an upper denture for mewhich is somewhat better than my previous one. He had to pull only 1 tooth for my lo
lower partial as most of my teeth were missing.
