Dr Kossak is by far one of the best periodontist in the area! When my insurance changed, I had to find another periodontist but I still have not found someone who is as thorough, direct, and skilled as Dr. Kossak. He gets to the point, tells you what you need and do not need, and always does a final check even after every regular visit to the hygienist. He made me feel extremely comfortable with his honesty, confidence and care. If I missed cleaning and let things pile up, he was quite blunt about it in order to keep me on my toes and my teeth clean.
He did my gum surgery of which I was very scared. However, he was as informative and reassuring as possible to help me get through it and did an amazing work! I am still waiting to go back to him for a check-up to see how far I have progressed.
I would recommend Dr Kossak's periodontal work without any reservation.
About Front Desk: His receptionists are all great - very polite and professional. I mostly dealt with Tatiana and she is responsive and professional.
About Hygienist: His hygienist is excellent! Dr Kossak chose his staff well! Well mannered, thorough, meticulous, and CLEAN.

I received periodontal surgery in 1978 that was extensive and spread over four sessions but which was painless enough to allow me to go on to my office and work productively. He was able to work closely with and oversee other dentists who did the necessary bridge work. The result has been a complete success. I do quarterly visits for cleaning and checkups by him and his hygenist. These have been highly beneficial in early detection and treatment of potential problems. The practice is so effective and welcoming that I look forward to the checkups and cleaning. I have developed complete confidence in Dr. Kossak's ability to manage my dental needs.

About Hygienist: Dr. Kossak's hygenist Louise is superb. Her cleaning is thorough and I have never felt any significant discomfort.

I had a great experience at Dr.Kossak's office. My procedure was a soft tissue graft. I was a lit bit nervous, but Dr.Kossak and his staff were so nice and thorough in explaining the procedure and post surgery instructions. Dr.Kossak even called later that day to see how I was doing. The office is organized and clean. I'm very happy with a result. I would absolutely recommend Dr.Kossak.

I went to Dr. Kossak as the result of undiagnosed periodontal disease. I find that Dr. Kossak and his terrific team are first-rate, with an attention to detail that has to be tops in the nation. Dr. Kossak is devoted to the well being of his patients. His is a first-rate professional operation. His hygienists and technicians are the best I have ever known. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr. Kossak's practice to everyone I know.

Dr. Kossak is the first and only Periodontist I have had. He came highly recommended from my dentist, both of whom are total professionals and perfectionists. Thus far, he has done an extraction, quad root scaling, deep cleanings and, last week, osseous surgery. All experiences were very positive even though I am prone to anxiety by nature. Without being overly chatty, he is "into" his patients and sizes them up quickly. I especially appreciated his calling to check on me twice after my recent surgery. He is on the expensive side, but, hey, you get what you pay for - and more - under his care. I would rather save money somewhere else and continue going to him for all my periodontal needs.
About Hygienist: Louise is very good. Cheerful personality and a thorough hygienist. She does great cleanings and for me, sissy that I am, puts "numbing gel" before the cleanings and nothing has ever hurt!

Many procedures - I had neglected my teeth, and had severe periodontal problems when I was first referred to Dr Kossak. He stemmed the tide, and keeps me stable. I have always found the Dr and his staff friendly, efficient, and very careful. I would recommend him without reservation.

I was introduced to Dr. Kossak by a colleague of mine after severe problems as a result of bad surgery and teeth treatment by my prevoius dentist. He dedicated all his time and knowledge to save what was left from the previous "professional" and it's a pity I did not meet him earliear. He is an exceptional perfectionist in everything he does and I highly recommend him to everyone who has periodontal issues. And with his smile and gently touch he gives you such a comfort that you want to come back again. His staff is also excellent, especially his assistant Tatiana, that you can fully trust them and be confident in what they recommend to you. It was a real good luck that I met him, otherwise I would have lost all my teeth. Everything is perfect in this office and I wish them good luck and success in the years to come. They deserve it! Excellent professional, excellent staff, spa atmosphere. Highly recommend them to everyone who seeks 7+ service!
About Hygienist: Louse is also a real jewel. Everybody there is top of the top. It is not possible to be otherwise when the boss has high criteria and is very demanding.

After 30 years of care of my gums, I can attest that Dr. Kossak and his staff are tops. They've made what could be a very unpleasant experience stress free; even with my choice of musical accompaniment for more involved procedures. I actually look forward to going to their office.
