I had 2 implants done at the same time and he had received an incorrect one that was wider in diameter. He went ahead with the procedure anyway and it never lasted due to the incorrect size and there wasn't enough support on the inner side of the implant. I voiced my concerns several times to him and my dentist at the time, who had recommended him to me (Conrad Hibbert) but they brushed it aside and tried to convince me that everything was fine. I could never chew properly on the side where the implants were done due to pain when a certain amount of pressure was applied. The implant finally fell out on its own right before the 5 yr. warranty of his work was past and he had to do it again. I had a lot of anxiety, leading up to, and during the procedure but I felt I had no choice but to have him do the work again. The novocaine he gave me wasn't immediately effective due to my anxiety and I felt almost the full effect of him drillinig into my jaw for the implant. I had to take some time to relax as my adrenaline was at a high and he kept trying to rush me; and the good doctor stood by, picking his nails and told me if he can't operate in the next few minutes, I was going to have to reschedule another time. It failed too.

Dr. William Myones is an absolutely wonderful man and a pleasure to be around. he makes the pain of going to the dentist bearable. I could not recommend anyone else more highly!
