I had gum recession surgery. I was very nervous prior to surgery. The doctor gave me anti-anxiety meds prior to surgery. The surgery lasted 45 minutes for 3 teeth and I felt no pain except for the injection of novacaine to the roof of my mouth. Dr. Harrell called me the night of surgery to see how I was doing. I would recommend Dr. Harrell to anyone as he is very competent, friendly, and his staff is friendly as well. There days after surgery, I have no pain.

Dr. Harrell has done 3 gum surgeries so far. He is awesome as well as the staff. It is amazing that the surgery was relatively pain free considering my trepidations. Most people i have spoken with say that gum surgery is awful but not with Dr. Harrell. I have 2 more to go and will ask him to do the surgery. Plus he will now do the surgery for my husband. He is very price competative and about 400$ less than the periodontist my dentist recommended. His office manager is great as well.

very talented. quality of care is excellent. personable + good bedside manner. polite and well organized staff. follow-up is very good. Dr. Harrell is ((probably)) more expensive+ than other local alternatives but he and is staff seem to understand that and work hard to meet (exceed) expectations. (no, I don't work there).

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Harrell for 5-6 years. We have always been happy with his level of service. He seems very professional and has good chairside manners. He does not reccommend any unnecessary treatments and is very knowledgeable of his field.
About Hygienist: I highly reccommend "Nicki" the hygenist. She is very personable, always upbeat, remembers you, and she has a great butterfly mobile!

extremely good.One of the best dentist ,I have ever seen.
Billing could be less, but I will always complain about money , I think he is in line with business standards.
Has very very good pain management service. I am very happy with their overall service.

I had a great experiance overall. I was referred by my dentist for a proccedure. The staff is very friendly and even helped figure out the cost / deductible and FSA balance before I arrived. The doctor explained evrything in detail so I could understand it. The procedure was completely painless. Aside from thinking about what was being done, I wouldn't have know I was being worked on. I highly recommend his practice!

Dr. Harrell and his staff has been cleaning (including deep scaling) my teeth for a while now. They have also removed a couple of wisdom teeth (no pain at all during the procedure.) His chair side manner is open and helpful as he recently made a very useful suggestion for one of my teeth that is currently loose. Jan (the front desk person) is always friendly and responsive, I've never had to wait more than 4 or 5 minutes after arriving and she's done a great job of dealing with my insurance company, making sure I know the costs (mine and what the insurance is paying, etc.) If you need a periodontist I heartily reccommend Dr. Harrell.
Am having a tooth extracted and bonded to nearby teeth soon as well.
About Hygienist: The hygenists there are both friendly and very efficient. They do their best not to hurt you and avoid painful things (like loose teeth.) So far I've been very happy with all the cleanings I've gotten there (once every 3 months or so.)
