Dr. Croft is a wonderful dentist. However, his clerical staff person by the name of Mary is the most unpleasant, unprofessional individual I've ever dealt with. She should remember that it's not what you say, but how you say it.

I am switching dentists because firs Dr. Croft did not have a thorough knowledge of my case and he did two evaluations and still did not know what was causing my bone loss in one tooth. His office has used most of my benefits for year 2011; they know how to milk the Insurance. All they care is about making more money to the office
About Hygienist: I saw three different hygienist during my visits. All did a general and quick cleaning. Bad service

DR. CROFT IS A GREAT DENTIST. HIS STAFF HOWEVER IS LESS THEN SKILLED WHEN IT COMES TO KNOWLEDGE OF TAKING INSURANCE CARD INFORMATION & PROCESSING IT. THEY NEED TO GO TO AN ELEMENTARY CLASS TO LEARN THE SIMPLE BASICS OF CUTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PRICES ONE PAYS.

Dr. Croft is an excellent Dentist! He is caring and patient, pays attention to detail and is sensative to your feelings. The office is clean and well appointed and the staff has a proffessional and kind manner. Overall I would say it is a pleasant and safe environment, that gives you confidence about the process. It seems to me that the fees are standard for a dental office, and the office staff is great about, insurance, billing and appointment reminders.

Dr. Croft is extremely personable and professional. We recently switched to him due to insurance and are thrilled with him and the entire office.
