Every other dentist told me I would need a bone graft in order to have a successful implant. Dr. Garber was able to do my implant with no grafts. All these years later, it still looks good and functions perfectly.

Dr. Garber is a great dentist! I would not go anywhere else for implants. He was so patient and friendly, he always took the time to get the best results for me. He was considerate of my situation, made sure I was never in pain and was well worth the investment.

Dr. Garber's office pulled two abcessed teeth that didn't need to come out. Worse, they didn't bother to remove all the infected tissue, then they did a bone graft over the infected area. My jawbone is now continually infected and, despite further extensive surgery by another dentist and continual antibiotic treatment, it looks like I will have to have the bone removed. Dr. Garber's office was well aware that I take immunosuppressants. Despite this knowledge, they did a completely sloppy job. This from the most expensive dental clinic in Atlanta.
