I went in because my tissue was sore behind one tooth. He said he could do surgery there and also recommend grafting in two other areas. The treatment plan was extremely agressive. I did not tell anyone at the office that I am a dental hygienist so they had no idea that I understood every thing they were talking about. He also probed my mouth and was calling out higher numbers (deeper probing depths) than I have. There were a few teeth that he called out numbers for even though he didn't probe the entire mouth.
The front office staff are not as professional as they should be. One of the ladies left a voicemail on my phone confirming the wrong day and when she realized it she hung up during the middle of her message rather than saying "I'm sorry, please disregard this message" or ""I'm sorry, your appointment is not on Friday but on Thursday".
I could list many more reasons why this office is a poor choice.

We had a terrible experience with Dr. Shuster and his staff. There was no communication throughout the implant process which took over a year to complete. We were never given a treatment plan and were surprised by different requirements and challenges at each step. In addition, they blatantly lied about the amount that we owed, and did not give us an updated cost assessment until AFTER they had already performed services. During the process of the implant, the dentist that referred Dr. Shuster to us received so many negative comments from his clients that he no longer recommends Dr. Shuster to his patients.

Dr. Shuster may be good but has no bedside manner. would not recommend him

My insurance does not cover Dr. Shuster but I pay anyway because I trust him after so many years of treatment. He has a very honest chair-side manner and is caring but rushed at times. Nice people are at the front dexk.

He did my implants in 1992. They are still going strong. I loved him and the combination of him and Priest was great!!

terrific dentist and staff, just adore Abe. the procedure was an ordeal, but we got through it, just wish he had given really decent drugs, that was the only problem i had really.
