Dr. Greising is the consummate professional. He is the only man I would go to for the complicated procedures that require a specialist in his field. He is much more than a dentist. He does the jobs that no dentist would attempt! Appointments are punctual and the staff is experienced, pleasant, and courteous. The facility is spotless, well-staffed and efficient. All of that is a huge extra but it's the result that matters most and I have been nothing but awed by his skill and by successful results in two difficult major procedures thus far. He is Number One in my book!

I do NOT recommend going to this practice. Dr. Greising was fine, but the insurance billing became a nightmare. Cindy raised her voice at me and my family member when we asked questions about the bill. RED FLAG for me to watch closely what I paid vs what dental insurance paid to be sure there isn't an overpay in their pocket. Their statements are unorganized & messy leaving room for errors. I have never seen a statement this bad from any Doctors or Dentists practice. I will never go back to this office again. POOR Rating!

He is very kind. Great personality. I'm in the midst of the healing process, but so far everything has been great. He even gave my grandma attention when she was waiting for me during the surgery...giving updates, etc. If you can impress her, you've got to be great!
