Read Reviews for Dr. Richard Leaderman
The entire staff was rude. Didn't even check to see if she was okay during the procedure. Treated her as if she wasn't there during the procedure. There is a dog that resides in the office which I think creates an unsanitary condition for an oral surgical center. Give him a chance, but if you are treated rudely during the consultation as she was, find another periodontist. Your experience will not improve. I know we will never go to Dr. Lederman again.

Dr. Leaderman performed periodontal surgery on all 4 quarters of my mouth during the past 2 years. While another periodontist had said such surgery would be "impossible" (!) due to the small size of my mouth, Dr. Leaderman performed the surgery beautifully. He was very reassuring before, during, and after the surgery, which was virtually pain-free due to his gentle, skillful technique. My gums are vastly improved. Dr. Leaderman used a special treatment (which I believe he invented) to help restore bone loss; this helped me greatly. I also got a bite plate through Dr. Leaderman when my old one broke. Dr. Leaderman adjusted it so that it fit perfectly. It is far superior to the previous one I had gotten from another dentist. Dr. Leaderman takes the time to explain all procedures and makes sure everything is perfect. A perfectionist in his work , Dr. Leaderman is aptly named as he is a true leader in his field. His office staff and facilities are first-rate. The cost is competitive, and he and his staff help with insurance. I recommend him most highly.
