Worst dentist ever. He made a snap decision after a 5 minute "consultation" that my rear molar was "totally rotted under the gum" and that the only solution was extraction. I had no symptoms of decay and no tooth sensitivity, only a mild sensitivity at the gumline. I got 2 more dental opinions after his and both doctors disagreed and said the tooth was healthy. Turns out it was healthy and the sensitivity has gone away; it was from a sinus infection. Mazer charged $104 for his terrible opinion which would have cost a tooth.0 stars

i went to dr.
azer in hopes of getting a dental implant. little did i know i would suffer severe bone loss and gum ressisatation to the area worked on. furthermore, i may be loosing 1-2 other teeth around the area worked on now. sure, he refunded me the 1500.00 for the implant but i now had to go to another periodontist and am going to have to pay 7000-10000 out of pocket to repair the work he has done. upon recieving my 1500.00 refund i was told i had to sign a form that relieved him of any work he had done to recieve my refund. real classy. horrible experience overall. please dont let this happen to you!!!!

I was terrified- I had a bad experience with another Periodontist and was referred to Dr. Mazer by Dr. Jeffrey, also at Dental One. Dr. Mazer was so patient, and answered all of my questions. ( I was really scared, so my husband was terrified!) Dr. Mazer even gave me his phone number in case I had a problem over the weekend. I have not had any problems with the implants, and I'm so glad I had them done. They weren't cheap, but it was well worth it! I would highly recommend Dr. Mazer (and Dr. Jeffrey!)
