I have dental insurance, but her rates are very high. She doesn't disclose the cost upfront, but simply bills you later. I exceeded my yearly allowable because she is very aggressive with treatment. When you discuss these issues with her, she deflicts blame to the patient rather than accepting responsibiliy.

My first experience with Dr. Carlos was wonderful and comforting. Over the years, I realise how consistently caring and professional she is. It just doesn't feel like an appointment with a dentist, rather a visit to friendsand family. Her whole office shows sincere concern to my well being. The type of care they provide is far superior to what I had experienced before. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Carlos!

Great and caring dentist. I've been to a few dentists' office and none have been as good or comfortable as this one.

My favorite dentist ever! Whenever anyone asks for a recommendation I always refer them to Dr. Carlos. My wife had not been to the dentist in years and had a lot of work done by Dr. Carlos. She took such good care of my wife and my wife could not be any happier. Dr. Carlos is very kind and gentle, as is the rest of her staff. The facilities are great and the work they do is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Carlos to anyone who is weary of dentists; she will take great care of you.

She is the very best dentist I have ever been to!! I hate going to the dentist normally, but I really have no fears with Dr. J!! I would recommend her to anyone!! She is super professional, and has the most up-to-date equiptment. The office is exceptionally clean.

This is the first time in my life that I can say I have a favorite dentist!
Dr Carlos is professional and very thorough. Her staff is very friendly and makes you very comfortable. My husband and several of my friends go to her and are also satisfied.
I got front teeth crowns done last year, and they look completely real. I am very satisfied - I had quite a bit of anxiety that they wouldnt look good, but they are better than the originals!
