I was very happy with my treatment at Dr.Bien's office. I was was in pain and the Dr. fit me into the schedule as soon as I arrived at the office. I am now a life long patient.

Dr. Bien and her staff are very professional and provide good bedside manner. i was very pleased with the work I received. Only one problem came up though that has prevented me from continuing with this dentist. I had scheduled an appt. for myself but canceled 22 hours before my scheduled appt. and the office secretary tried to charge me for it. I was extremely upset and Dr. Bien called me back to smooth things over however it was too late at that point.
