About Front Desk: Scheduling was always easy. I work M-F 8am to Noon and they also were able to schedule me in. Dr Williams prefer to do his surgeries in the mornings however made allowances for me so I would not miss any work. Great personal manner of Office Staff!

About Hygienist: The absolute best I have ever had! I am 52 and and never have had such a relaxing and witty experience when getting a scaling. I had it done in two sections which I am glad I did due to sensitivity of my teeth and gums. She also gave me some special flossing and sensitive toothpaste and gum paste to use to make cleaning my mouth more gentle and easier. I really enjoyed her sharing her dental knowledge throughout the procedure and coaching to let me know when she was going to be touching any sensitive areas beforehand.
