I am writing this to let you know how unprofessional and unethical is Dr. Henneberry as a dentist and how he refused to do any examination or provide any treatment to me. He doesn’t have any concern of his patient.
I went to Dr. Henneberry office on July 16th, 2015 for my follow up examination of my two front lower teeth root canals and also for my preventive care check up. To begin with he did not even have courtesy to return greetings when I said ‘Hello’ to him.
In December of 2014, Dr. Henneberry recommended two root canal treatments for my two lower teeth. He did the procedure on two teeth on a Thursday morning (November 13, 2014) and even after my apprehensions on possible pain and my repeated requests, he did not prescribe any antibiotics. An unbearable tooth pain with high body temperature started the same night and continued throughout the weekend. Dr. Henneberry did not bother to respond to my phone calls or my voice messages over weekend. On Monday morning, when I visited him, he said that I had developed infection in my tooth and then prescribed antibiotics. I had to suffer a lot for 4 days just because of his carelessness. He got paid around $1000 for this kind of service from my insurance and I paid around $300
