The Dude and the Babe! The dynamic duo of Dr. Brian Chadroff and Darralyn is like none other! Excellent customer service, excellent treatment, excellent surgery, excellent implants, excellent attitudes! You're gonna LOVE them! Can't say enough!! I'm recommending them to everyone!!

I have just recently met Dr. Chadroff and his group of amazing professionals. My very first introduction was my phone call to the office after hearing about them from my dentist. The woman who responded to my cries for help was Daralyn, and she is the most amazing person to have on your side when you need a helping hand and you're scared. (By the way, she's as awesome in person as she is on the phone). Dr. Chadroff is tall and handsome, and puts your mind at ease as soon as you meet him. I needed a lot of surgery, as I let myself go for far too long. Dr. Chadroff did not make me feel embarassed by this, as my last dentist did. He just spoke to me like a gentleman and explained every little detail about my medical needs. I had very little discomfort after the surgery, and Daralyn even called me at home to be sure I was alright before the weekend. I recommend this office highly - be sure to speak to Daralyn - it's as pleasant as dentistry is going to be!

The best experience I've ever had in a dental office! Right in the heart of midtown is this special place where you are treated like a king and your health is of primary importance. The prices are probably average for the area, but what you get for your money is invaluable. My own dentist set up the visit for me, but once I got Darrilyn on the phone all my anxieties melted away - the woman is a knock-out in every way. Dr. Chadroff has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever known! My surgery was a breeze - after all the sweating I did the night before, the surgery turned out to be just what they said - not such a big deal! I will never be nervous about dental work again, and that's because of the people in that office. I would recommend this place to everyone needing implants.

First of all - you MUST ask for Darolin when you call - she will walk you through the first appoinment, the treatment, and the financial part of the plan in great detail. When you meet Dr, Chadroff you'll be amazed at how charming and gentle he is. He did a lot of cosmetic surgery for me before I had my veneers put on, and the result was fabulous!! He and Darolin make quite a team - they have a unique way of communicating that puts you right at ease and makes you feel very special. The treatment there is worth every penny you spend, and then some. I had been to two other periodontists for opinions, but chose Dr. Chadroff because of his manager and his personality - they make it all as pleasant as can be!

I've had a lot of surgery at this office, and the reults were great! Dr. Chadroff really knows how to do it!! Diane is the world's BEST hygeinist and the woman who runs the show is top notch!! I've seen her handle some pretty difficult patients with grace and charm - he should keep her forever! The support staff is generally good, but they're never the same. Great all around experience.

What is most outstanding is the credentials of this periodontist. He has a great reputation for his cosmetic peridontal surgery, just to name one of his many specialties. Most impressive is the customer service orientation of his office manager. She is fantastic and a delight to deal with. She always tries to help the patients with their treatment plan. This is an important factor in choosing a dentist in my opinion.

dr. chadroff is excellent! his bedside manner is great - he is very concerned about my discomfort level - he tries hard to make me feel relaxed in the dental chair - I have practically no pain after the surgery - everything feels terrific within a few days of the treatment - the woman who runs the office is the best, by far - she's intelligent and is able to explain every treatment in detail - she takes a lot of time talking to you about your treatment and the cost involved, so there's no miscommunication - she even spends time in the room with you talking about things that put your mind at ease and you forget about your fears - the nurses are all lovely, but always seem stressed and harried, and have a tendency to hover too much. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs implants or periodontal treatment.

probably the best doctor and office manager in new york! Fees are high, but the quality of work and the knowledge of the office manager who helps with everything are better than any place I've ever been!

outstanding staff, outstanding facilities, outstanding treatment, outstanding periodontist, worth every penny (you will get more than what you pay for).

Watch out for the price! Ask in details how much the whole procedure is going to cost. My ended up to be twice as expensive as I originally anticipated. Additional "small print" charges add up.... Dr. Chadroff performs his procedure quite well, but doesn't truly get involved with his customers at the end. "In and out" - but I guess with his reputation he can afford that.
