I would definitely not recommend this periodontist. The office staff seems to be entirely unconcerned with the patient. They absolutely refuse to work with insurance claims in any meaningful way. They also don't return phone calls and have you labor to provide them with documentation which they then don't follow up on. If you don't pay your bill while awaiting them to work with your insurance, they will promptly turn your account over to a collection agency. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Office does not care about patients. Cannot provide decent directions. They cannot bill insurance companies properly. Exam was poor. Do not recommend this practice

I feel very comfortable goiing to Dr. Thomas Partridge he and his staff are extremely friendly and he really does know what he is doing. I had teeth gingival grafted on May 10 and he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

I had to have a root planing and 4 extractions. needless to say, I was very nervous and I also don't like pain...
Dr. Partridge told me he had the best people in the biz, and his "cocktail" of valium and demerol, would ease me tension.
HE WAS RIGHT,..I was there for 4 hours and his staff and he
treated me as if I was family.

Very professional and has a relaxed confidence. He and his staff know what they are doing. The work was done on my wife and she is very satisfied so far. More work to be done.

In my opinion, Dr. Partridge is the best in Cincinnati. I recently had an erupted tooth extracted. The surgery took 3 hours, however it only felt like 40 minutes. The staff helped me relax and the work that Dr. Partridge did was amazing. He also has a wonderful "chair side" manner. If you want the "best" working on your teeth I recommend Dr. Partridge. I was totally impressed.

Dr. Partridge is extremely knowledgeable about his profession. I would recommend him highly to anyone that needs his services.

Dr. Partridge performed a tissue graft for a gum recession problem. I found him to be very knowlegeable. He explained the cause, the prognosis with and without the graft, and the procedure very clearly. I had the procedure with minimal pain but I did experience some discomfort which is normal. He supplied me with a protective retainer to use while the tissue healed which was very helpful. It's been about two weeks and everything is healing nicely. I would have chosen "Complete Success" for the Treatment Success question but since it's not completely healed yet I wasn't quite ready to give the procudure a 4 but my assumption is that it will be a complete success. I would highly reccommend Dr. Partridge.
