I was a patient of "Dr." Bergens - It was the most painful mistake of my life. He said that I needed a gum graft and that I would lose my tooth if I didn't have it done. After the procedure, my face became swollen and within a day the side he worked on turned black and blue.
He never showed any concern for my problem and the outcome of the procedure was very poor. He may appear "nice" at first, but his skills are the worst I have ever encountered. When I saw another periodontist, he re-performed this procedure very well and also told me that Dr. Bergens did not identify the real cause of my discomfort - the reason I went to a dentist in the first place - a cracked tooth. Now I am fine. No thanks to Dr. Bergens.
