The best of the best.. He is highly skilled, very caring and very communicative. I now live 400 miles away, but I return to Dr. Werkmeister for my annual exam. He's worth it.

I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Werkmeister. He's the best in the field of dentistry. Awesome, awesome, awesome job with everything! Start to finish; the whole process went incredibly smooth!

I received treatment for a pocket in February 2004. The pocket re appeared per my dentist in January 2009. Dr. Werkmeister decided to put me on periodontal maintenance rather than re do the procedure. I went back to my dentist in March 2009 as the pocket was bothering me. He confirmed that the pocket was bleeding on probing with possible subgingival calculus present. Per my request, my dentist called Dr. Werkmeister and suggested he see me for surgical evaluation. Only after all this did I receive the surgical treatment again. I was not mad at the fact that the surgery had to be re done, but I was very disturbed by Dr. Werkmeister basically putting me on the back burner. Furthermore, when I ask for my records in writing he flat out lied and mentioned in the records that I refused one treatment over another and I have no idea what the other option is to this day. He also would not copy the record the day I requested them; he told me I could receive them on my next visit. I am very un-impressed with this practice and would not recommend it to anyone!

Dr. Werkmeister is a very nice, gentle, and extremely honest Periodontist. He does not push aggressive treatment on you. I went to his office just overcome with fear and anxiety and came out of every visit completey relaxed and safisfied with his service, treatment, and the entire office experience.
Both my husband and I go to him and we both find him to be a great Dr. that really cares and takes into consideration your needs vs the costs involved etc. We highly recommend him and will continue to do business with him in the future when need be. Dr. Werkmeister is the BEST in our book! I guess his prices are comparable to other places.... I don't know about that. A specialist is always expensive.
About Hygienist: The Hygienist is wonderful!! She does a fabulous job,and is very friendly. She told me she really enjoys working for the Dr. and has been with him for a long time. That says a lot too. I love having my teeth cleaned by her!
