Dr. Marks is an outstanding and concerned Doctor. Very pleasant and outgoing. Exceptional in his work. However, you pay for what you get. Prices are very expensive and he wants your money up front. He is getting old and his hours seem to be less. As a result he is getting harder to book an appointment with.
