Very poor customer service. Very stressful to work with the two person office--lots of misinformation or lack of explanation of procedure.
Sitting in the dentist's chair is already stressful; and the dentist makes it even worse by being annoyed if you asked any questions. The office is very unprofessional--leaving me sitting in the chair while she went to check the stock quotes and answering phone calls. Yes, the dentist answers phone calls letting you wait in the dentist chair, and she sounds so annoying on the phone if you ever heard her talking. Amazing and disappointing. Very bad manner and arrogant--if I understood everything, then I would have been a dentist.
I hoped that her skills would make up for her lack of professionalism. But was disappointed.
If you have a choice, don't go to her. Dentists are worth the time to find the best and the one who makes you feel less nervous not more.
