OK when things go well, terrible when they don't. Doesn't accept responsibility for mistakes and/or adjust costs for them- you pay for mistakes, whether it's his, lab, etc. Ego gets in the way-

Older guy but knowledgeable. Hygenist is fabulous. Is not on insurance plans but will file.
