I was referred to Dr. V by my general dentist for full mouth gum surgery with bone implant. To say, I was scared is putting it mildly. Dr. V was the greatest. He explained it all and calmed my fears. The several hours of surgery went surprisingly quickly. I received a pill to calm me prior to the operation. The doc and his assistant were wonderful. Professional, skilled and very caring during my procedure. The office staff handled my insurance for me but I still had to pay a good bit out of pocket. I don't care where you go - good gum surgery is not cheap. The only negative I have is that I preferred the follow up dental cleaning done by my regular hygenist. That is more of a personal preference that a reflection on Dr. Vaughn. I highly recommend him. If I had known it was going to go this well, I would have had it done a lot sooner. Jeanette Hall
