I was with not lower back teeth for more than 10 years. I thought I was not going to see my mouth full with teeth again until my dentist recommended Dr. Nicosia. By far, Dr. Nicosia is not just an expert but a Doctor with a real heart that care about his patient a lot (this include cost and the desire to make you look good). I was painless the whole time, His office is super nice and so are the ladies working in there, and the cost was not bad compared with other doctors in the area. I promise you, if you try him you will be very happy and pleased. Good Luck!

Top-shelf professinal! Dr. Patrick Nicosia was my periodontist for 17 yrs (till I moved to another state) and I still have all but one of my teeth, in spite of a problematic prognosis at the onset. Dr. Nicosia did my implant that went perfectly....I've never had a problem with it. Professional care and superb quality. Hygienist also top-shelf! I'm deeply indebted to the personnel in this professional office, and in Dr. Larry Byrd's office and Dr. J.F. Lopez's office, all in Houston---I have my teeth and healthy gums and home-care instructions and follow-ups that have helped me to make sure I am doing the best job every day.

Dr. Nicosia is professional, extremely capable, and upbeat. The peridontal procedures that he performed on me were done right the first time and healed quickly. He took the time to explain my condition, procedures needed to correct it, as well as ongoing maintenance in layman's terms. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Nicosia and his staff.
