Read Reviews for Dr. Curtis Carlson
I had my first visit with Dr Carlson in order to provide a plan, schedule and estimation of the work to be done. As most of the orthodontics doctors provide a free estimation and this was confirmed by the receptionist, it turned out that Dr Calson was not able to provide anything for almost two weeks after the visit. When I called the office, I was told that this takes time and they don't know exactly when he'll have the time to study my case. During the first visit I was asked to pay $220 for some something that was supposed to be done in case I agree with the price and everything else. Later I found out that they charged the insurance for the pictures and x-rays that should have been part of the free of charge first visit. The person in charge with all of these was very disrespectful on the phone and unbelievably rude. I do not recommend this office; try others before you make a decision.

Had braces and gum reconstruction and the work was perfection! Dr. Carlson specializes in both periodontal and orthodontics. Love his work.

Dr. Carlson is an orthodontist and peridontist. He did both my braces (3 years) and perio-surgery for gum tissue reinforcement (2 surgeries). He is very talented, knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. He is always in a great mood and very friendly to all of his patients. It is obvious that he he loves what he does for a living. His staff is delightful. The office has the most extensive and variety of magazines for patient reading I have ever seen - unfortunately, I have never had a chance to read them as they don't keep patients waiting! I have never had any insurance problems as his staff is excellent in dealing with all aspects of medical care. I would highly recommend Dr. Carlson to anyone - especially those who have 'complex' medical cases needing perio or othodontic work.
