Although the result was cosmetic, the extensive prosthodontic work was necessary to literally save my front teeth that were breaking from the neglect of my former dentist.
Dr. Ramus is extremely kind and patient and a perfectionist. His staff outstanding and competent. He is not cheap but there's no doubt that he is worth every penny and then some!

Dr. Dean Ramus, DDS Prosthodontist is by far the most patient, kind and ethical dentist I've worked with. I was a lay-dentist by the time I met Dr. Ramus; meaning: I had all kinds of lay-dental knowledge; an endless curiousity; along with many questions that might have been very distracting to the precise work required by his excellent treatment plan. Nevertheless, he was so great with me. My teeth are beautiful and I was educated very well to care for them ongoingly. I call him with questions; Dr. Ramus even helped me evaluate by telephone to make dental decisions when I was out of the country. He helped me get out of pain and handle infection all without having to contract dental work from a dentist I did not know or have a relationship with. I cannot say enough about him.
About Hygienist: The hygenists are all inscrutably pleasant and helpful. The attitude in Dr. Ramus office and all of the staff is wonderful.

Dr Ramus took my case when I was resistant to move forward with any treatment with any doctor and completely restored my faith to receive treatment to repair a former dentists negligence. I'm beyond relieved with his suggested treatment plan and impressed by the overall professional staff and office. Dr. Ramus' ability to eliminate my anxiety exceeded my expectations. Dr Ramus should be recognized in society for his expertise and the way his concern and ethical response to a patient's needs is paramount. I highly recommend Dr. Ramus and suggest his consultation wherever a concern arises first and foremost before any other specialist.

Dr. Ramus is great -- not only a good dentist, but a very kind and patient man. I have difficult teeth and real problems with pain, but he always takes plenty of time, is very understanding and works really hard to solve problems. He stepped in after a number of prosthodontists refused to work on me and has never given up. His office staff is great, they are patient about payment (i.e., will wait for your insurance to respond) and will bill your insurance even though they are not on anyone's plan. The hygienists are also very patient and will work with you to make sure you are comfortable, including using numbing gels if needed. Dr. Ramus took the time to research dental material allergy testing and refer me to a lab so we could choose non-reactive materials for my fillings and crowns. Can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Ramus performed cosmetic crowns and veneers on my daughters teeth. Were it not for the fact that I am a retired dentist, I would not be rating his work. I can say that it is excellent. My daughter's mouth is beautiful to behold! Her teeth look wonderful and she is a "happy camper." I can't understand why more people are not knowledgable about Dr. Ramus. He is extremely careful, proficient and kind. He took considerable time to explain to me and my daughter what procedures he would recommend. I'm so happy we chose him!

Very expensive and is not part of any insurance program. He charges top dollar but performs good work
