I never thought of reviewing this person until we moved out of town and needed a new dentist, who I think is great and makes my former dentist not so great.
Dr. Janzzen is not a very warm personality and abrupt. Not rude but will leave the room while your still talking. One gets the feeling he is burnnt out. My older son didn't like him and switched to a friendlier dentist. Maybe he is due to retire.
His work seems ok but a bit too pricey but my insurance helped.
I am sure he will be friendlier after he retires.

The best dental experience one can hope for! Dr. Janzen and his staff are both professional and friendly. I referred my mother to him (the biggest compliment I can give) and she sings his praise.

I have been seeing Dr. Janzen for 10+ years and can say from experience, He is the best dentist around! He really cares about his patients and their treatment! All of his assistants are very professional and thorough!

He did the dental part of my implants - made the flipper and has done the follow-up.. Mostly I like his kind manner and his GREAT sense of humor. Laughing at the dentist's office is a good thing.

No one loves going to dentists, but my experience at Dr. Janzen's office is probably one of the best I've had. Everything happened on time, everyone was nice and efficient, the treatment itself (cleaning and filing two cavities) was quick and relatively painless. The best thing about Janzen and his staff, though, was tht they explained everything that was going on and why it was needed. We reviewed the xrays together, he pointed out the areas where there were cavities. I've been to other doctors and dentists that only talk to the patient to tell them to open up. It was great to feel like I was part of the decision making process, and not just a lump on the chair. After all, it's my mouth!
