About Hygienist: Ms. Melody is great and funny. She is Doc's sister. She was as gentle as you can be getting a deep scaling.. Lol. She was very professional.

I have been going to him for years and all of my family goes, even my wife's family goes to him now. He has always been available for emergencies and it is a well run operation--PERIOD.
Great chair side manner. He is a real perfectionist. His front desk is friendly. They handle billing fine. They deal with your insurance company. He does not keep you waiting like you do not have a life. He does travel a lot, but in over 15 years, I have NEVER had a problem.

Don't go There. The Customer service was bad. It was very hard to get in contact with him after my dental work and I was in pain. He traveled out of town a lot.
