Wonderful office environment. Kind caring staff. Extremely organized and punctual. Great text and email reminder system. Dr. Chen is kind, competent and generous with his time.

We have had an amazing experience with Town Center Orthodontics and Dr. Chen. The practice was the 3rd one I had visited and Dr. Chen took a different approach from the others. The other Drs. presented a "one size fits all" approach to correcting my daughter's teeth. Dr. Chen presented us with a custom plan and explained why the other approaches would not work. The pricing is on par with other local orthodontists.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is top-notch. They are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I wish every doctor's office had front desk staff as fabulous as Town Center Orthodontics.

I got a nightguard for my grinding. The staff was patient and explained the procedures even though I had some anxiety! They knew I was nervous and they went at a pace that was comfortable for me, which I greatly appreciated. The doctor was honest about what type of treatment I needed and gave me options for the type of nightguard I could/should get. The assistants were knowledgeable and friendly.

About Front Desk: I had many questions about insurance coverage for a nightguard, as well as inquiries about if orthodontics would be covered for adults. The front desk offered to look up my benefits on the spot and got me answers within minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The doctors are very nice professional and very informative. They take the time to not only answer the parents questions but also the kids as well. I highly recommend Town Center Orthodontics.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. They really impress me by how they know and remember all of the kids names.

Dr. Chen and his associates are competent orthodontic practitioners and have generally good chairside manner. My child had good results overall. However, there was an extreme lack of accessibility and follow-through. My child was not scheduled for follow-up for a lengthy period of time (with no communication from the office) and as a result his case was greatly elongated in time. In addition, there was very poor after hour coverage by phone or at the office for dental emergencies or near emergencies (broken wires, mouth pain).

About Front Desk: Fair at best. They were friendly, but not well organized. Office claimed to be open at times that it wasn't, etc.

I would highly recommend this office to others. We have had great success with braces here and the facility is above anything we've seen around. The dentists and office staff are awesome and we love going to see them. We only wish they did cleanings too.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff are always so happy and cheerful and very knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to talk to and very accommodating with appointments when we need one right away. Excellent service!

So far so good. He gives good advice. We understand what is happening.

About Front Desk: Left a message for emergency line and didn't get a call back. Other than that, they are great. Very welcoming, easy to schedule and reschedule appointments, payment process is easy.

Both drs in the office are great. Very knowledgeable and great with kids. Very calming. All the ortho assistants are great as well.Very Professional.
