Dr. Jacobson has been our family dentist for over thirty years
and I am so grateful for his outstanding services.
Dr. Jacobson is a very gentle, kind, and caring professional who is extremely knowledgeable in his field. Being a respected professor of Prosthodontics at Boston University, he brings expertise, knowledge, and state of the art technology to his practice.
I sincerely appreciate Dr. Jacobson's tireless efforts in making his office a dental home for his patients. He is a first class dentist who puts his patients at ease and makes them feel they are in perfect hands. Dr. Jacobson's office is spotless and his staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating. Being a dentist myself, I know of many dentists who are amongst Dr. Jacobson's long time patients. I have recommended him to many friends and patients over the years and will keep the trend in the future.

Dr. Jacobson is an outstanding, on the cutting-edge of precision and technology, dentist. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and a pro in his specialization, Dr. Jacobson presents an attention to every detail when explaining the treatment plan which parallels every step of treatment procedure that is carried out. The explanations include pros and cons of a specific procedure, thus giving the patient/s an opportunity to make his/her own choices. The quality of service is absolutely outstanding and my satisfaction rate with dental care received there is of the highest ranking.

The worst dentist I have ever been to!!!! He is so arrogant and talks down to you. He will try to get you in for as many visits as possible without actually having to do work. I have wasted so much time driving to Boston to see this horrible dentist. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I saw Dr. Jacobson for a number of years. At the last, I was considering going elsewhere simply because he was so expensive— a good 50% more expensive than other dentists but I have difficult issues and I did not want to have to start over with another dentist. Then one day Dr. Jacobson told me I needed to replace my veneers with crowns. He knew I wanted to keep as much tooth structure as possible and that I opposed crowns. We'd had the conversation before. I suggested we have a conversation about veneers vs crowns. He said no, that he was the dentist and that that was his decision. Well no, it isn't his decision given that the teeth live in my mouth. All of the sudden, that decision I had been putting off for a couple of years became really easy. I never went back.

Dr. Jacobson has been my dentist for 12 years. He is thoughtful and reassuring; a professor at BU - so, knowledgable and current. He has taught seminars around the world, and I am fully confident in his skills. Facilites are fully up-to-date.
