Very expensive. Staff and Dr's are not very professional and they are extremely rude. Follow up by staff is not done well. They do not explain treatments/procedures thoroughly. If you decide to take this non professional staff for your work, please ask plenty of questions regarding procedure, possible outcomes, and recovery. I was permanently disfigured as a result of a so called "simple " procedure.

Going to the dentist is never pleasant, especially when you're going to have two implants put in and four wisdom teeth removed! I have had nothing but positive experiences at Dr. Kaigler's office. The facilities are comfortable, clean, and to my untrained eye, state-of-the-art. The staff are excellent at diffusing anxiety and explain themselves thoroughly at each stage of the visit. My procedure went well, the only complication being that the bone did not intigrate properly around my right implant, which had to be removed. This was no fault of the dentist. After a sufficient healing period (6-8 weeks), the implant was replaced and so far no problems! (It has only been a week since then.) The thing that will keep me returning to Dr. Kaigler's office for even my routine cleanings is the above-and-beyond service I received. My first surgery was on a Friday. One of the general dentists actually called to see how I was doing and LEFT ME HER CELL PHONE NUMBER incase I had any questions over the weekend! I have yet to speak to any staff member who isn't helpful, friendly, and unbelievably pleasant. People find it strange when I say I enjoy seeing my dentist, but they obviously have never visited the office of Dr. Darnell Kaigler.

Dr. Kaigler has a professional chair side manner. He was very clear in how we would proceed with my treatment plan. And most important, was the confidence he was able to restore.

I went for dental implant consultation. Very helpful. Pleasant atmosphere, Staff courteous. Very informatiive and the cost is reasonable compared to other implants procedures. the front desk was the best and very accomodating. The staff was very competent and attentive. i walked in without an appointment just for information and was greeted and overwhemed with help and assistance. the good thing about this facility is that it is a package deal. The dentist can do the sinus graft, bone insursion,surgery , implant and the crowns. The price quote was lower than the other two facilities I visited.
