While Dr. Blustein and his staff are extremely kind and curteous to patients and each other I would never recommend his services. The bridgework that I had done was so inferior that my co-workers thought the piece was a temporary (explaining why it did not match my teeth and looked rough). Dr. Blustein tried so hard to say nice things that he would say he remembered people that he did not, and say to his assistants, "you remember so and so" and they would say "yes" when they had never met them. He would say contradictory things each time I went there. He was rough, kept spraying water in my face, left the blaring light in my eyes when he walked away, and on numerous ocassions was very rough. I trust he was once great, but he lost his touch. Extremelly expensive and required payment up front. This site says he has a payment plan but does not.

I highly recommend Dr. Blustein and his staff to anyone who is looking for a great experience. Tracy, Autumn, George and Diane provide superb customer service! You are known on a first name basis when you enter their office and they are always eager to please.
Dr. Blustein is by far the most kind dentist I have ever met. He provided me with a stress free environment and always kept me informed of what he was doing and why.
George is a "movie star" technician - he created my crowns with professional expertise and was truly concerned how they looked and fit.
I will continue to go to Dr. Blustein and will refer him to anyone.

Dr. Blustein is the best dentist my family has ever been to. In addition he is extremely kind and patient and he listens to his patients concerns. He is very accommodating and in tune to his patients needs.
He is very interested in keeping himself and his staff up with the latest dental procedures and keeps himself and his staff in a continuing education program by attending dental seminars and lectures all over the country and locally.
His office staff and dental lab staff reflect the high standards that Dr. Blustein has established for his practice and himself in giving his patients the best dental care available in the St. Louis area.
With the Doctor having his own dental lab under his supervision the margin of error in making the patient's dental product is bypassed by not having to send the work out to an outside lab who is unfamiliar with the patient's dental needs.
We would recommend Dr. Blustein and his dental hygienist to anyone who is interested in maintaining a dental health program in their lives.

Dr. Blustein is very gentle and patient. He put me at ease regarding my treatment. He answered questions and called me at home to make sure that everything was OK. The treatment was relatively pain free .The treatment took several visits. Each time, Dr. Blustein was patient with me. His staff is very friendly and helpful from the office personnel to the dental assistants and hygenists. Although the treatment was just completed, I am confident that it will be successful in the long term. I would recommend Dr. Blustein to anyone who is in need of crowns or other types of restoration.

Dr. Blustein does excellent work and has a wonderful chair-side manner. The procedures are excellent and relatively painless with beautiful results.

When I called, his office staff was the most pleasant I have ever encountered and continue to be the best!
They were very helpful in providing info about my insurance and financing available with no interest.
Chair side manner is very caring and concerned for you as a person as well as your dental health.

Feel that Dr.Blustein's procedures were excellent and that it was painless.
The cost was in the moderate range. I did not have any dental insurance.
He was helpful in keeping his prices in an area that I could afford.
His chair-side manners,hygienists, and front desk were excellent at all times.

Very good service. Office is easy to find, on a major road in St. Louis county. Staff was warm and friendly. Dental work was virtually painless.

I had a horrible experience with Blustein. His workmanship is very poor. My new bridge did not fit and hurt, but according to Bluestein that's good enough. He never once saw me on time and usually sent me home after waiting for over an hour because he double books. What a nightmare.

I had 10 appointments to get a new bridge. Most of the appointments he did nothing because he double booked me. Worst of all my bridge work did not fit properly or look like my real teeth. When I asked to look at my teeth he became hostile and defensive. It got to the point where his assistant would sneak me a mirror when he went out of the office. She obviously knew if Bluestein saw me with a mirror he would be angered. In the end he made 2 bridges which did not fit me and all he did was make excuses.
