Dr. PAUL Scruggs office has been a nightmare for me at 62 years old. The place is just weird, and no continuity of care evident to the patient. My main complaint is with his office staff who are the only pepole you ever see until the doctors arrives to drill your head off. I met with his assistant who gives you your price and she told me that it was xx,xxx. Iasked her how they could be so much less expensive, and she leaned into me and told me that it was their little.secret. when I went back for my permanent crowns, they wanted another 5,000 dollars, on top of the twelve thousand I had already paid them. I spent two years researching for the best care at the best price and I thought I found it here. Well, did not happen. They pure lied to me, and now they will not work with me as they think I am an idiot. That may be, but he has left me with a set of bad plastic teeth that do not fit, also hurt and bleed comstantly. like everything, I am sure they think they are right, but now they will not even give me my private files which are medical and are protected under the Hippa rules of our government, which is illegal Under US law. I do not say here that the dentist is a bad dentist. His wife and assistant pure lie to you.
About Front Desk: 0. The front staff is where you need to be the most careful. Make sure your receipt is not just a dental image such as an exray. They think that will surfice, and not being a radiologist, I am unable to read their xrays. The dentist work is not bad.

no chair side manner. never takes tim with patient- talks little - doesnt answer questions

Assistants are wonderful but this dentist rarely even says hello and has little regard for the patient who is likely very anxious just to be in a dentist chair. I think he spent too much time in the military. Costs are very high and my insurance doesn't even cover their teeth cleaning charge.

You can feel safe and pain free as I was when Dr Scruggs done my upper and lower dental implants in a day.
I even ate a jelly bean on the way home after having my implants.
I've had them for 2 years now and enjoy every day not being tooth free.
If you were like I was the high cost of dental work now is forever done. For life I'll never have to sit in a dentist chair anymore.
About Hygienist: The people working for Dr Scruggs is the best. Always checking on you and seeing if you need anything. Like a second family.
