Dr. Mc Garrigan has a warm and friendly demeanor. He was able to explain his process and provide answers to all of my questions. He even went as fas a drawing a picture to help me relate to what he was saying (wonderful).
He did a wonderful job creating a needed upper palate prosthetic (temproary). He only did it once and the fit was perfect. Now it is time to look at having a more permanent one made and I know that it will be just as wonderful. The cost of the temporary was an out of pocket expense and was a pretty penny. If you know what I mean, but it was worth it as it completely repaired a speech impairment.
The front desk support was wonderful as well. Annie, was friendly and helpful, and she does the follow-up calls to make sure all is well about a couple days later. The office wait time was not long either.
I would definently recommend Dr. Mc Garrigan to others.
