I would not recommend this dentist for implant or crown work. Another dentist recommended him to replace teeth over implants but after six months of not moving forward I was given a name of someone else so Dr. Dominguez did not further damage my tissue or bite. Dr. Dominguez does not care if you leave with no teeth in your mouth and will not care how many times you call about pain you never had before seeing him. He is very arrogant and will not consider other work that you have had done. He refused to look at old models and discuss what worked and where problems occurred. He will take a quick model then charge you a lot of money wthout any insurrance consideration and no guarantee of success. If you have issues he will send you home and tell you it is just the way it is in your case. I have cried many nights over the work he has done and has refused to fix or even just take out. Even after the dentist who suggested him called him to discuss my case, he refused to discuss the matter further after I made two more appointments for just that. His office staff is equally cold.

I have had several dentists and Dr. David Dominguez is by far the most professional. I can only think of one other dentist I have had that is on the sames caliber as Dr. Dominguez and he is in Western New York state.
Dr. Dominguez's work is impeccable. His office staff are on the ball at all times. The office and dental areas are the utmost in sanitary conditions.
I have recommended Dr. Dominguez to many people and will continue to do so.
