I have had a lot of work done with Dr. delaCruz and he and his staff have treated me very well. His office is state of the art, the appointments are relaxed, he's very patient (pardon the pun), answered all my questions, and his treatment is excellent! I recommend anyone scared of dentists and especially those who need root canals to give Dr. delaCruz a call! He's not the cheapest (money wise), but his work is worth it!

I was introduced to Dr. dela Cruz because my wife had only excellent things to say about him. So I decided to get a second opinion with him, and to my surprise, he was very good. His bedside or shall I say chairside manner was calm, compassionate, and sympathetic. I felt at ease very quickly. Needless to say, I've been very happy to have transferred from a orevious office that didn't seem to listen to me, now that I think about it. It's refreshing to experience honesty and integrity. Anyway, he removed my impacted wisdom teeth that have been causing me headaches for may years. Also, he had done three root canals on my back teeth and they've felt fine. I even slept through all the procedures. It helps that he talks very calmly and quietly. Nice music in the background too. Finally, and the biggest one, he placed 4 implants on my upper jaw, then restored them 7 months later with individual crowns. They look great and I can talk and eat normally. I even threw away my previous partial denture, which was very unappealing to me because you could see the metal hooks. These implant crowns look so natural, I feel 10 to 15 years younger! All I can say is thank you and I highly recommend Dr. delaCruz to everyone I know.

Awful Dentist. Does it ALL , and nothing well. He did a root canal on me and drilled wrong and attempted to drill again and gave up, I found out after I lost the tooth from erupted pain. Loosing my tooth and causing implants to occur, $10,000 out of my pocket later and he would not even refund the money he took for doing the unfinished and improper root canal.
About Hygienist: Hygienist was insensitive pinching my arm as she cleaned my teeth. I struggled to let her know and she ignored me. I told the doctor and he did not even care... I am sorry I ever walked into this office.........Worst dentist I have EVER gone to.

Nice guy, but not a good Dentist. When complaining about pain days after a procedure he thought it "strange". His contact number for after hours did not work. There doesn't seem to be a procedure that he recommends a specialist for - he does it all, pulling teeth, implants and root canals. The problem is, he is NOT an expert, but apparently needs the money.

Instead of "Dr" they should rename his title as "Agressive Sales." I felt as if I went to a used car lot and all he tried to do is upsell. upsell, and more upsell.
From my first meeting with Dr. Alfred B. Dela Cruz he asked what my race was. What the F***! My race?!! What does that matter!? After my routine exam and exrays and such, all he tried to do is upsell, upsell and more upsell. He even tried to prescribe visible GOLD TEETH!!
He even charged me for a next appointment even after I said I will think about it before I make any hasty decisions.
I would NEVER reccomend this dentist.

I would never consider going to any other dentist. Dr. Dela Cruz is kind, gentle, caring, informative and skilled. His staff is just as caring. You know when you are treated for a problem that it will be done correctly. Preventive care is also very good. Every aspect, from the operation of the front desk to the most serious of dental treatment, has been without complications or worries. Dr. Dela Cruz and his staff have always make me feel comfortable during my visits and confident about my treatment. I will always recommend Dr. Dela Cruz when asked for a dentist recommendation.

Dr. Dela Cruz has performed several dental procedures on my teeth and it's been a wonderful experience. I generally do not do well with oral injections, but Dr. Dela Cruz was very gentle. He seems to handle the dental procedures with precision and gentleness. In addition, he and his staff make you feel comfortable and spend extra time with you to answer any questions. Overall, Dr. Dela Cruz and his staff carry themselves in a professional manner while maintaining a friendly environment.

Dr. dela Cruz has been my dentist for little over 3 years now. I was deathly afraid of dentists based on previous bad experiences- I was even afraid of getting cleanings. He calmed my fears and now I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. He really takes his time to explain things and the rest of his staff is great!

excellent for wisdom teeth extractions. I was out in a very short period of time with a very efficient job done on my mouth.
