I had an emergency - broke my front tooth and Dr. Derrick was great at getting me in his schedule with a new patient appointement right away. The assistant took my X-rays and the DR. D. gave me a complete exam, oral cancer screening and cleaned my teeth. He made a crown for my chipped front tooth and even the temporary looks much better than before. The office is very comfortable - he and his team made me feel like I'm the most important person there. I was very comfortable and relaxed. Most of the Cost of the treatment was covered by my insurance and had a small patient portion. They even checked and informed me of my insurance policy. Dr. D's chairside manner is very professional, caring and compassionate. Lottie, the Dental Assistant and Marilyn, the Front Desk person made my visit easy and painless. I can't wait to go back for next appointment - cementation of my Porcelain Crown. I am happy with the results.
They gave me a toothbrush and a nice home care kit.

Dr. Derrick dealt with my problems proficiently and with courteousy. There was never a moment of anxiety or stress and the facilities, though not luxurious, were clean and comfortable. This is a family operation and they made me feel like a member of the family. I, without hesitation, give Dr Chua and staff highest marks for service and treatment. The billing, etc. was done efficiently without any hassle.
